About NanoAfrica
The 10th International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in Africa (NanoAfrica2026) will be held from 21 – 23 October 2026 at the Boardwalk ICC in Gqeberha, South Africa. The conference will be hosted by the Department of Chemistry of the Nelson Mandela University.
The theme of the conference is Advancing Sustainable Nanotechnology for Societal Impact.
The conference aims to promote research in the field of nanoscience/nanotechnology that benefits society and transforms knowledge for the sustainable development of Africa. NanoAfrica2026 also seeks to facilitate the exchange of new ideas and implementation in various fields among academics, engineers, scientists, and industrial personnel. It will give both emerging and established researchers a platform to present their work.
The scientific program will feature plenary and keynote presentations, invited talks, panel discussions and oral and poster presentations and insightful exhibitions.
