ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE 14 FEBRUARY 2020!

Both oral and poster presentations will be considered.  The plenary lectures, invited talks and contributed papers will be published in the conference proceedings, with planned publications in peer reviewed journals.

Presentations will be allocated to the below mentioned topics for easy accesability.

Oral/Abstract
Poster

 

  • Oral presentations will be allocated 15–20 minutes including discussion.

  • Abstracts must be written in English, maximum 300 words.

  • Abstract should include: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Keywords, and Body Text.

  • Content must clearly state the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.

  • Accepted abstracts will be scheduled into thematic sessions based on the conference tracks.

 

  • Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, maximum size A0 (841 × 1189 mm).

  • Abstract requirements are the same as for oral presentations (300 words, English).

  • Posters must include Title, Authors, Affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and References if needed.

  • Posters will be displayed throughout the conference with designated poster sessions for interaction.

  • Best poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony.
