Fees and registration
All registration costs are Incl. VAT.
Included in the fees: attendance of the conference sessions, all conference material, a maximum of two presentations per registration, refreshments and lunches during the conference programme days the welcoming function, the conference dinner and a certificate of attendance/presentation.
Students: the student fee applies to under-graduate, Masters - and PhD students only. To qualify for the student registration fee, proof of student ID or card is required.
Full Delegate: applies to faculty, delegates from industry and post-doctoral fellows.
Accompanying people: they may not attend the conference or enjoy any of the refreshments offered during the conference refreshment breaks or lunch. However, they are welcome to book for the functions at the costs listed.

Important note: In order to qualify for the fee categories above, payment (or a purchase order from your institution) must be received by the deadline date as indicated in the table. If payment has not been received by one of these dates, a new invoice for the higher fee will be issued. Registrations for which no payment has been received by 30 September 2026 will be cancelled and the presentation removed from the program.
Please note that no direct link to payment is supplied on the website. After registration, delegates will receive an invoice issued by the conference secretary. Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference bank account or by credit card. The conference secretary will send you a link to the credit card payment portal.
